OUR COURTS AND TRIBUNALS ARE FINALLY BEING MODERNIZED

Congratulations to our Attorney General and all justice partners for modernizing our justice system. Thank you also to the Ontario Paralegal Association for their input. Effective today, March 1st, our new Small Claims Court Rules have been updated to allow us to have documents issued electronically and many other long awaited changes.
